"Really Disappointing I came here hoping for some good grilled food, but it was a huge letdown. The food was served lukewarm and felt undercooked. The chicken was very poor quality, with fatty bits and undercooked skin still on it, and it was tough and difficult to take off the bone. The sauce was so watered down that it had almost no flavor. For the price they charge, it is definitely not worth it. If you want proper grilled food, I would recommend Merigos in Stechford, which is cheaper and far better in both quality and taste. The service was okay, but good service cannot make up for such disappointing food. I will not be returning and would not recommend it to anyone. The signature chips with Peri salt are absolutely delicious and it's incredible that they are also gluten-free. Many places don't offer this. The service was outstanding and very friendly.

I'm new to this shop, but was here twice a day for the last four days. when I have a family member in the sick house above the road. So instead of eating the hospital dinner, he's out. the personal here was really helpful to explain the variety of the box meal. they always cook fresh. so they expect to wait at least 10 minutes.

The food at this restaurant was so delicious. It had been almost five years since I last visited, but the quality of the food was just as good, if not better, than before. As I have mentioned to others in the past, it's like Nando's, but even better and more affordable. The picture shows what was left of my meal. I often have an extra hot chicken burger with piri fries which i pick up on a Friday night on my way home from work as an end of week treat and I love it! The burgers are tender and juicy, i love the brioche buns and the fries are nice and chunky with a bit of spice. I order over the phone and pick up 10 minutes later. Perfect! Friendly staff and never any problem. Their carrot cake isn't bad either.

Despite its old and previous reviews, I must say as a top Google reviewer that this restaurant serves the best, quietest, and freshest piri piri chicken I have ever had in my 10 years in Britain. The owner and manager have done an amazing job in maintaining this place and turning it into a successful venture. The chicken I was served here was the best I have ever had, even compared to popular spots in Birmingham. The wings were full and not skimpy like other places, and the piri burger was also fantastic. Overall, the food was absolutely delicious and I would definitely come back here every week.
