"We are a family of 2 adults and 3 children ranging from 8 yrs to 17 yrs who are regular customers of pizza hut. After making a telephone booking in the afternoon 02/08/2023 for that evening we arrived and our booking wasn 't down, this wasn 't a major issue and it was soon resolved but it does make you feel very defensive of what 's to come. Once seated we got told its online orders through the mobile app, which ok was fine with us thats after having to log on to free WIFI before placing your order. We ordered a number of refills and a fruit cider along with our main meals, payment was made and we waited for our drinks. When the young lad brought over the glasses for the refills he then mumbled we don 't have cider I asked him for a alternative to be told they only have bud or Brewdog. So I settled for another refill and informed the lad the cider was £1.80 more to which I honestly couldn 't understand what his reply was no offer of refund or alternative was given. Since the interaction has now gone between customers and staff I recommend your staff speak alot more clearly and not muffle so you have to ask a number of times what they were saying. The food came and I cant really fault it at all everyone enjoyed it untill it was desert time. The children decided they wanted pudding so I went back on the app to order these and it gave me the option to serve them NOW to which I thought great the kids will have them shortly. To then have to ask after 35 minutes where they are again, i needed the young girl to answer me twice as I couldn 't understand her first answer). I feel regular checks on the toilets for cleanliness and to stock up on toilet rolls should be more frequent as my young boy needed to use the bathroom and there was no toilet roll in the cubicle so he had to use the disabled facilities. Lastly the young girl in charge of the crew was chewing gum throughout our visit which to me is very unprofessional. We used to be regular customers spending alot of money each time but unfortunately we will not be returning anytime soon."

The pizza had a disappointing lack of triple cheese. It seemed like there was less cheese than usual, which was a letdown. I had high expectations for Pizza Hut, but unfortunately, this visit did not meet them.

They weren’t kidding when they called the pizza base THIN was like eating a piece of paper It was absolutely freezing in there but the Pepsi max was nice they also lacked variety of sauces very disappointed used to be great

Very disappointing experience on this occasion. No bacon bits on the salad bar, no mushrooms, no jalapenos and no ketchup! Soggy fries, no extra cheese on pizza which I ordered, ordered a childs pan pizza which arrived thin (apparently they had no pan) slow service... Speisekarte ansehen

It's a shame because we used to be regular customers because the kids enjoyed it, even though the husband and I often found service and food not up to scratch. However, we will no longer be returning now that Pizza Hut is cashless and all the faff of ordering via phone etc, it's sad.

We arrived 7pm on Sat night having booked a table for 3. We were warmly welcomed at the door and shown to the table. Service was great, food was amazing, 2 x Sharing Pizzas, Sides, Salad and Puds: . Very big thanks to the hard working staff who are a credit to Pizza Hut. Steven, Christine and Maisie.

Haven’t been to Pizza Hut since Covid , and won’t be going back again. Staff are lovely however the pizza was soggy to the point that the cheese on my pizza wasn’t melted , ordering on the App is a nightmare much easier better customer service if served at table by staff , our deserts was forgotten about and had to wait around 30 minutes, normally wouldn’t mind waiting but we was one of 4 tables in. Special shout out to our waiters on this evening, 26th September 2023. We were seated very quickly, a young lad called Dylan took our orders when we were ready, he made us feel very welcome and his attitude was exemplary. The food was served to our table by another guy (didn't get his name sadly) who was also very friendly and professional. Thanks to those who prepared the food also, my family and I (6 of us) all got our meals at the same time which were delicious. Thanks.

We have used Pizza Hut Llandudno Junction for many years, mainly takeaway and on line. Never a problem, food always piping hot and the staff are always so friendly. I visited for a dine in last weekend, in between watching a couple of films showing nearby. I was treated like royalty by Dylan and Caitlin, who recognised me as soon as arrived. I was shown to a nice booth, the deals were explained and my order taken. As always food was great and their service was just right, checking that I was happy with everything. I explained to Mat the Manager, again a very helpful person, what a good team he had and he grudgingly agreed with a smile! I had a very enjoyable evening and I recommend 100%!
