Service was awful. Didn’t ever come back with one of our drinks. Food was good, atmosphere was great. Servers just stood in the doorway and chatted the whole time. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

On the chaotic day of April 25th we found an outdoor table in this restaurant and had lunch quite quickly. The staff were efficient and friendly, the tables were comfortable with umbrellas and heaters to ease the cold of these days. Service employees are moping around in the area. Inattentive and not very customer oriented. Wine overpriced. Burnt pasta al forno. Disaster, shame on the chef, he cannot be italian, if he let any food comes out like this. The pasta was terrible (uncooked), the pizza was burnt and not just a bit, it was black amd the fish was watery even though they said it was fresh, maybe 2 weeks ago. I would not let them sell any italian food, or any at all. And the 3€ service fee/person is a joke, they spilled the water from my cup, AFTER i filled it up (not fully). The restaurant is centrally located in a beautiful square. So much for the positive part. We were the only guests and still waited a long time for service.
