I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff. We went to Disney Land and these guys were MORE fantastic and kid friendly (who knew that was possible). It wouldn't be my choice for gastronomy but if you have a child it is wonderful.

My family and I had just seen a show on the West End, and we had two for one coupons for Planet Hollywood that we got with our TravelCards. The restaurant is decked out (as it should be) with entertainment paraphernalia, and our server Gabriela was wonderful. Nice stop.

booked here for my husbands 72nd birthday ,there was 5 of us ,was absolutely brilliant,was greeted with a smile waiter Marek was so helpful and never had to wait for anything ,food was amazing ,3 of us had the steaks which was cooked to perfection,defintely recomened and will be visiting again soon, Speisekarte ansehen

Visited for lunch. We had a pepperoni pizza, 3 sliders and chicken wings. The pizza was okay but the rest we didn’t eat. In addition to the high prices, the restaurant add 12,5 percent service fee. Why not just show a accumulated price. So our two person lunch with two cokes costed us 46 GPD. The interior was boring and felt tirred.The service was friendly though.

It was our first time in this Planet Hollywood. We all did the others Planet Hollywood (New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Paris). We adored : wonderful atmospher, wonderful music (by Michael), great and particular spirit at this place, fantastic reception (we were served by Hugo and Lance) and excellent food. we liked it so much that we went two consecutive evenings. And we come back at the end of March for my husband's birthday. We can't wait to come back.

We booked for my son's birthday and were using 2 for 1 vouchers. When we arrived we were given a very reduced menu (not clear from the London days out website) and shown to our table right next to another and by the toilets. Toilets were a bit grubby as was the whole restaurant. The laminated deal menus were greasy and full menu covered in food. Whole place felt tired and dirty, you couldn't see the memorabilia without standing over someone else's table. It was a long way from what we expected so we left. Speisekarte ansehen

Visited Planet Hollywood on a Groupon deal with colleagues from work. The atmosphere was lively, people singing and dancing and the food was great. Helen was our waitress for the evening, catering for everyone's needs (including vegan). Helen was very welcoming, introducing herself when taking our orders, very happy and always smiling. She made our evening even more enjoyable with other (including the manager) to bring out a cake with a sparkler and sing, very loudly Happy Birthday. Thank you Helen for helping us have a wonderful evening! x

Asked if I could have bacon and cheese on my chips with my burger but were unable to do it? Yet they can make a starter of it with potato skinsalso our night was completely ruined by the noise. I get there were kids there and they’re enjoying themselves but to not even be able to hear my boyfriend talk or even be able to speak to him because of the level of shouting and singing. I get it because I’m sure I was like that, every kid is, but as an adult, it’s frustrating. The burger was lovely but I just don’t know how they couldn’t do a simple thing.

We booked Planet Hollywood 4 weeks in advance and were really looking forward to it as we had been before and we loved the atmosphereWhen we got there we were shown to one of two tables situated under the stairs so the only view we had was people walking up and down the stairs. There was just no atmosphere it was as though we were in the restaurant on our own. We asked to move but were told we would have to go in the queue to wait for a table so we stayed at that table.The food was average and overpriced for what we gotI don't think we'll be going again.
