Pret A Manger - Speisekarte

Had a lovely staff experience this evening (18th Aug) despite the pandemic and rushing to a train it was great!

I do not often travel to London and being GF, there is 50% chance to find something at PAM, thank you that evening (26/08/2020 there was a lovely tartine. But as a no choice ,first time there, I was more than happy and surprised with the amazing , smiling, and happy staff. Thank you so much for making my day. ;

Bad coffee almost almost every visit. I ordered a very expensive flat white; the drink was way too hot, definitely burnt the milk hadn’t been steamed properly so had no smoothness to it. I think the barista’s need proper training. Can’t charge that much for what you could get from a coffee machine. See you at Nero. Speisekarte ansehen

Waterloo Station Worst Service and Attitude of all Prets wpuld say. Mediocre coffee at best, minimal customer service, spend £10, they have run out of sleeves and wanted charge for an additional cup….Not ideal I know but the attitude about it. ..not even a sorry we can’t,…just awful since brought out. Will avoid all outlets in future and would urge others to visit far better outlets as FSB/Pure/Benugo or better still an Indeoendant who can make a proper decent coffee…

Pret is convenient and a great place to grab something on the go. The sandwiches, wraps and pre made salads and snacks are delicious, full of flavour and fresh. The cafe is situated pretty central in London Waterloo station making it easily accessible from and to train platforms. The cafe has limited seating upstairs and the staff are friendly and helpful. There didn’t seem to be a bin which meant a lot of rubbish scattered around but perhaps this may have been a factor in they were almost closer. Nevertheless an enjoyable trip.

terrible, TERRIBLE service. the workers all have awful attitudes, there is non existant managment and the place is an absolute mess by the barrista machines as the workers run amock or disregard their responsibilities. This isnt just from one visit i go past here regularly and its always the same, no other pret i have seen is this badly run. Avoid. They have messed up so many orders of mine and the people around me, i once seen them trying to write orders down on a wet tissue as they where so un organised. What used to be the only but unique choice of ham and sliced boiled egg muffin n had been joined today by egg omelette and bacon. Although only 8.30am I chose the last ham and boiled egg muffin available. The muffin itself was of a firmer sourdough variety and the piece of ham was rather de minimis, perhaps they had almost run out of ham before making this last muffin. An espresso was strong and frothy but hard to find a stick to stir in some sugar. Even with the removal of at least half the window stools there was no difficulty finding a seat. Still with less than half the usual number of customers. Oh and the prices have gone up.

A massive fan of pret for all my team my family from Guildford, to cannon st to waterloo. Yet what is happening. Every coffee I seem to ask for in the past weeks is not at all with the same standard or service! In waterloo every evening there is a constant queue and all the service is so rushed! In all three prets I use Cannon street, Walbrook and waterloo my request for a frothy decaf soya falls on deaf ears every time! It is a real shame that this is happening, no coconut milk now appears to be a regular in Walbrook! A big office order yesterday in Cannon street left us with a few incorrect orders and single orders taking preference in our order! The Manager in Cannon st is amazing..... we...

One of the few things I’ve missed during lockdown is an opportunity to break a journey to court with a quick breakfast in the Pret A Manger on Waterloo station. Stools at window seats afford a great view over the station concourse and a hustle and bustle from which those inside this bubble are taking a temporary pause. London main line stations such as Waterloo and King’s Cross are the only places, so far as I am aware, which instead of the standard range of baps with bacon or sausage with omelette, substitute a version with sliced boiled egg and ham. Why Pret A Manger offer boiled eggs and ham only to commuters in select locations I’m not sure unless they have a shorter shelf life than the... Speisekarte ansehen
