It 's such a nice atmosphere and the staff are friendly,professional and always welcoming. With so many bars, pubs and restaurants closing down since the pandemic, I 'm incredibly grateful that The Dip hasn 't changed a bit"

Nice to see a few different ales on hand pump, a bit disappointing that my 'pint ' was delivered with a 'head ' each time though. I know I could have asked for it to be topped off often do) but if pubs want to serve beer with a head, please use lined glasses. It was a nice friendly pub, not too busy or loud and I 'd still recommend it.

Myself and some friends were recently turned away from this pub for having “had enough already” despite having been stone cold sober and one heavily pregnant… very cliquey pub where only locals seem to be welcomed so I wouldn’t bother unless you meet that criteria! Very rude bar woman, literally renowned for her terrible service and we unfortunately had to experience that last night.
