Excellent service, food was lovely! We were celebrating an occasion, staff made us feel special. This charming pub is a lovely, cozy spot. The food is absolutely delightful, very tasty and served hot. The service is excellent and the staff are very helpful. We have been feeding for years and have never come anywhere, which was unable to confirm an online booking and had us wait for a good day. Even Michelin-starred restaurants give you an immediate answer. When we thought we had the...booking, they sent an email with the hint "That's just a request". In the following afternoon we had given up and instead booked in the nearby Axe Cleaver, who gave us an immediate answer.
