This place is better than I remember (it's been a number of years)! Absolutely delicious food, lovely atmosphere great service. Great value for money too!

Good ambience and food. On the pricy end. Seafood platter is a must try! Drinks were average. Would recommend going for multiple starters rather than mains!

Their coconut rice is elite! Desserts were nice too. A little pricy but nice for special outings/work outings. They do ask questions if you remove service charge so that is a bit forced. Speisekarte ansehen

My partner and I came here for date night tonight and we had a brilliant time! The food was delicious, the cocktails were lovely and the service was perfect. Katie was so polite, friendly and served our table brilliantly. She’s a credit to the restaurant!

Pretty basic food, service, and atmosphere. Can’t really see what is authentic about the food! Spent £150+ on a meal for 4 people and the food honestly was really average. Service was lousy! Atmosphere is no different to an Nandos or Harvester expected more from this establishment! Personally wouldn’t recommend

Come here all the time and decided to bring family who were visiting, we had the most amazing night which was made even better by our server Katie. She was incredibly attentive and was just a pleasure to talk to. They even let us stay late and finish our drinks whilst they were getting ready to close! Hospitality at its finest.. I told the duty manager when I was booking for 2 on the phone with a friend visiting from Jamaica, that I hardly used this restaurant as their portions are way too small for the prices. One gets much better portions at the Kings Heath outlet. He was rather sharp with me in the restaurant and the food was not particularly nice for either of us. My friend left most of his Tofu dish. It still does not measure up even though the place was packed on the Saturday night. Won't be going back there.

Poor food and service (from the manager). We ordered our starters. 3/4 were fine. One person ordered ‘crispy duck rolls’. They arrived. No crispy duck at all. Just pastry stuffed with soggy duck, no veg or anything normally seen in a spring roll. Asked our waiter if this could be changed who said he would ask the manager. The manager came over and when shown the food he said it was our taste that was the problem and not the food. He said he wouldn’t swap it or take it off the bill only give another dish and charge for that too. Mains came. All mediocre. Short ribs were so chewy and fatty. No point in raising this issue really after the first attempt. Could see the manager pulling our waiter...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sabai Sabai in Harborne, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The restaurant has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout the meal. But of course, the real star of the show was the food. I tried several different dishes, but the one that really stood out to me was the Seabass in Garlic and Pepper. This dish was an absolute masterpiece the fish was cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and tender, juicy flesh inside, and the garlic and pepper seasoning was absolutely divine.
