One of us found himself with a spoon with the 'Metro label on it' (the price, on the head of the spoon, and when we were changed, and... I made the dishes. The dish was very simple, less worked than in my memories (polet and purée, quite simply, I hope that at this price it was a high organic chicken in the open air in a small farm of the corner (but I did not find the origin of the meats.
