"Lovely evening. We’ve heard such great things but only just made it down (with my folks before they head to NZ so a fancy meal to see them off). Slightly limited menu, but it is changed every month, incredibly tasty food. This is higher end dining price point just what we need in Chesham. Staff v friendly and attentive so we came away content and looking forward to coming back. Great wine list too. We smashed the Malbec."

"beautiful enough coffee and snack place in the old town of amersham, you can see what the concept behind itself at least in the answer to the green Grocer shops that seem more to end. some of their items seem to be bought shop, I am sure that they are not) but the pasty for example was not good, and some of the cakes look for home made, but others are not resistant. coffee is decent, but it is the type of place that london costs £3 and upwards pro coffee,) even if they ask for a sprayer of milk in an americano, it is ie no good willing gesture as she would get in london now if only a tiny squirting of not milk milk. pity."

"We went tonight to celebrate a birthday, at 7pm it was lively and busy. We hadn’t booked but were sat straight away. We have been before and always enjoy the food, but today it was DIVINE. We tend to go for the Villa Mangal Special for 2, we love how the juices from the meat flavour the rice that it sits on, as the meat is flavoured beautifully and is juicy and moreish. The bread they bring to the table prior is always warm and delicious and I believe it’s complementary. The atmosphere was great, I believe it’s family run and the staff are attentive. My partners face with every mouthful was pure bliss and I’m very pleased we celebrated his birthday here."

"Never disappoints on all levels. Usually eat here with my husband as he cannot resist the cakes and pastries on offer. We’ve tried most of their breakfasts and brunch which are always fresh and delicious. My personal favourite’s are the granola and almond croissant. The...staff are always friendly. Sam, the manager is always engaging and welcoming. We will soon be moving from the area and will most definitely miss this lovely place."

"Came for father's day and left very impressed! Service was fantastic- our host was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question about the style, origins and cooking of the food! He also brought us some little extras to try which were very appreciated. The menu had lots of great looking options, I had the scallops to start and the textures and flavours were stunning! I would eat this dish forever if possible! For mains I had one of the chicken dishes, and this was really delectable as well. All in all, the food was fantastic, the service was quick and very pleasant, and we would definitely come again."
