"El camarero que nos atendió fue agradable, la sala del local en la que cenamos, similar a una cueva estába muy bien. Ahora bien, la comida en mi humilde opinion dejó bastante que desear... Pedimos dos croquetas de cordero (MUY SECAS, MUCHISIMO), luego unas patatas al horno (rodajas de patata gordas y bastantes duras), y después un mix de carne a la parrilla (3 trozos de panceta, dos de pollo, dos costillas y muy poco más) De postre coulant de chocolate con bola de helado de pistacho y una tarta de queso (seca y con más sabor a limón que a queso) Muy mejorable, y siendo sinceros ... no, no repetiríamos. Las 3 estrellas por el sitio y por el camarero que fue muy correcto."

"We arrived in Bocairent at midnight expecting the town to be fast asleep. And it sure looked that way. But looks can be deceiving. Solbes was open and inside it seemed as if the whole town and its wife was assembled for talking contest. The contrast was fantastic, old people, women groups, men in groups, children buying ices, young men, couples and everyone completely at ease and happy. We ordered some Tapas style food but would have eaten a horse since we were so hungry. Maybe we did. The grub tasted very good."
