"My friend and I visited a concert at the Apollo and decided to grab a bite to eat beforehand. We were warmly welcomed by a lovely server and promptly seated. Our food arrived quickly and was delicious with generous portions. The restaurant was very clean, though I would suggest adding tablecloths for a nice touch. The prices were reasonable and I would recommend this restaurant without hesitation."

we went to my sons to the birthday before we went to the theater. eating was nice the best I had in the old! really good value for money and the service a decor was great!

The service was excellent, but it was disappointing that the food did not meet expectations. The garlic bread with mozzarella was delicious and the only dish I would consider returning for. First visit before the theatre. On arriving we were a tad bit apprehensive due to the fact we were the only diners saying that it was only 17.30. The service was impeccable and the food was freshly prepared, hot and extremely tasty. Why it is not full of theatre goers I do not know as the value and the cleanliness was second to none.

Even after multiple requests to allow us enough time to enjoy our meal before heading to the theatre, it took nearly an hour for our main course to arrive. We barely had enough time to quickly eat before rushing out. While the food was decent, we weren't able to fully appreciate it. Maybe we shouldn't have ordered a starter, but we were promised there would be plenty of time.
