Went for 2meals for £11.99 Really lovely then 2 sweets for £7 nice place has been renovated nice warm cosy bar and waiting staff all really friendly will be back

This is really our local! Great food, great value, friendly staff but they need to stop booking out so many tables!! Last night most tables booked so difficult to get one even just after 5pm!

my daughter had her baby shower too day in the smiddy it was amazing from beginning to end, she went over and over from setting up the place up for us witg the decoration to the amazing eat her out! Many thanks that you are the best xx. Speisekarte ansehen

I visited the small gas station restaurant with my sister for the first time. The place was very clean and busy during our visit. They have a great menu with excellent prices. I ordered the burger from the two meals for $10.99, while my sister tried the Jäger Huhn. The portion sizes were generous. I highly recommend this spot! The food and service were excellent. I will definitely return when my parents come to visit from William.

Been to the Smiddy twice this week it's been superb both times. I wasn't keen on going back again for a while as the last time we went the soup was super salty I love salt) my burger was burnt cold but I'm glad we went back as the food was excellent as it had been previous times so just putting the last visit down to an off night to be fair, I didn't complain so can't really fault them when they didn't know. Had the best apple crumble I've ever tasted today as well, even my father in law said it was the best he's tasted too! Definitely be going back

I dined at this restaurant for the first time this afternoon. I opted for the fish and chips for lunch. After inquiring if the beer batter contained alcohol (since I don’t drink), the staff confirmed that it did. However, the very helpful Grant suggested alternative options and even checked with the chef. He assured me that they could make a batter without beer, which is a great option that many places might not offer. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the service was generous with delicious portion sizes. I want to extend my thanks to all the staff. Smiddy, you truly made my day!
