"We had booked but arrived early and was seated. However, had to ask to get a drink, was not offered water at any point or condiments unlike every other table around us. The main course literally arrived within seconds of the last mouthful of our starter. The waiter who served us looked like he had been dragged in from the homeless shelter! I think a standard of attire is to be expected in a restaurant, rather than the most creased up jeans we have ever seen, hardly gives you confidence in your server. We always tip but this time we didn't feel we could do so and asked for the 13.5% service charge that was automatically added to the bill to be removed. The windows looked like they had never seen a window cleaner, considering the location and revenue this place must get we found it extremely poor."

The food is delicious and reasonably priced at this restaurant. I was surprised that they automatically add the tip to the bill, but overall it was a great experience.

Stopped for a quick lunch on a day in London. Two bowls of pasta and two pizzas, and 1 bottle of sparkling water was quite costly for a midweek lunch. Food was very nice, portions, were good sized. Overall nice lunch but wouldn’t rush back.
