"Although most chain restaurants serve okay food, I was disappointed by the quality of the food served here. The restaurant itself is a good size, and being in a part of five we were seated upstairs. There were not many appetizing vegetarian dishes on the menu for a reasonable price so I decided to settle on penne in a garlic sauce. The portion size was decent but my food was bland, and greasy. Could not taste any flavours at all! It was not worth it's price which was around The food was not that great and I would definately not go back again."

the food was good, but for the quality it was overpriced. the service of the personal is fantastic. the restaurant also does not have baby changing facilities, but I was allowed to change my little one in the upper floor in their functional room.

They took our orde, then forgot to serve us. When promted they brought out cold pizzas. They did take money off the bill at the end, but I woudld rather pay for a good meal, especially as is was supposed to be a special occcasion(my burthday). The food was not all that great, I will not be visiting there again.

My experience at this restaurant on my first day in London was so great that I ended up dining there three more times. The food was delicious, made with fresh ingredients, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. we had seen some reviews of the spaghetti house that knocked it. we decided to try the place, we were not disappointed. everything I can say is eating, service and the employment was excellent and we would definitely recommend it. when leaving I said to the waitress that it was one of the best Italian restaurants where we eat and we would be back

The actual offer at the restaurant is poorer than the one described in toptable! So ... I wouldn't have booked in the end and will not go there again (matter of principle). Italian staff serving Italian food made by Italian chefs:food was excellent. It looks like a garish Brit. chain from outside (knew the place, never considered going, expected cheap bad food,never went: food in fact is excellent Wine a bit overpriced at for a montepulciano. But nice place really.
