"I cannot speak highly enough of this place. Despite a stressful start and almost leaving because of our misbehaving dog, a staff member called to check if we were still coming. I mentioned we were in the parking lot and asked if they offered takeout. She quickly brought out a menu, reassured us we could sit in a corner to avoid any distractions for our dog, and things only improved from there. The drinks were superb, and the food even better. The steak was cooked perfectly (or not cooked at all, as I like it blue!), and was truly the best I've had in a long time. My friend devoured her scampi dish. My children enjoyed their meals as well, with one having the burger and the other fish fingers. We were thoroughly impressed with everything, especially the outstanding, friendly, and helpful staff. Thank you for an excellent dining experience."

"The chef was awesome and he exceeded expectations with the food. Five stars quality food. Our guests were happy. However, regarding customer service and service delivery received from the Assistant manager Jen was disappointing and awful. The Falcon Inn is an old pub with character situated in a quiet village. The O was chosen as the perfect venue for our celebration. Unfortunately the Assistant manager 'Jen ' turned it into one of the worst days I could not have imagined. From taking my nonrefundable deposit and misselling the service they could provide for my special day. I was promised music for my 20 guests upon arrival. There was none, no apology or willingness from Jen to resolve. The entertainers for my kids and guests were told they were too loud, disrupting the pub customers. She blamed the wifi connectivity issue on my guests. The night before I came to setup. She assured me help would be provided, by herself or staff. Not the case. We tested the speakers and connected to the wifi fine. Even moved the speakers from the kitchen to the event room and it worked fine. On the day nothing worked and Jen blamed it on us. Would I go back, for the food yes. To see Jen again, no."

"My daughter requested very last minute an impromptu family dinner for her 18th birthday. Having eaten and enjoyed previously at T&K I called and explained the situation. They pulled out all the stops to give us a fantastic table on a busy Saturday night. The manager remembered from the booking that it was her birthday which started our experience in such a thoughtful way. It’s lovely when someone you don’t know says happy birthday. We all ordered and were looked after brilliantly by the hard working waitress. The food was excellent sashimi and hanger steak and not sure how we managed a dessert but we did! T&K has a wonderful vibe, lovely people working there who care that you have a good time and delicious food and cocktails. The price of 3 courses for £35 was extremely good value for the quality. For once my steak arrived rare when requested! We will be back, just try stopping us."

"I recently had the best dining experience I’ve had in a long time. The food was absolutely delicious! The service was friendly and attentive, although we did have to reorder two drinks that never arrived, and we noticed we were charged for them on the bill. Thankfully, the staff quickly resolved that issue. The atmosphere was a bit noisy due to the lack of soft furnishings or curtains, but overall, I had a very enjoyable time. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning soon. The price per person was around £30–40."
