It was a quiet afternoon when we visited the restaurant. We ordered steaks, burgers, and for appetizers, wings and chicken cheese balls. My daughter enjoyed her burger, describing it as flavourful with the right amount of sauce and fresh, hot chips. My steak was cooked to my preference with fresh, hot, chunky chips. However, the steak lacked flavour, and the onion gravy was watery and didn't enhance the dish. I had to use salt and pepper to salvage it as it was our first meal of the day. The chicken cheese balls were mostly cheese and potato with very little chicken. What was truly disappointing was the response we received when we provided feedback to our server.
