The Milshakes were watery and the costumer service is absolutely discussing I wouldn’t refer this to a friend absolutely not worth the price

Absolutely outstanding food, highly recommend I ordered a waffle with ice cream, it was delicious.Prices were amazing and really good for big families like mine. The staff are also so friendly couldn’t fault them one bit.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times without any issues, until recently when they gave me a counterfeit £10 note as change. I would not recommend this place as I am now out of £10. I only realized the note was fake after I got home and called them to address the issue, but they denied any wrongdoing. Speisekarte ansehen

We booked in advance 3 days before and 'Reservation wasn 't on the list ' THEN we showed call log as EVIDENCE yet they still didn 't let us in and we had to wait for 40 minutes in the cold. Then when we ordered the food it took 40 and the place was ow where near busy Then we had to wait OUTSIDE in the thunderstorm for some food to takeout

I entered the restaurant and waited at the entrance to be seated. The waiter walked past us without acknowledging us. We sat down, but no one came to take our order or greet us. I had to go up to the counter to place our order, but the waiter didn't even look up. We decided to leave after that. The customer service was terrible. I would not recommend this restaurant at all. 0/5 stars.

Me and my partner visited this place on thursday evening and thoroughly enjoyed our desserts! Service was fast and had no issues. The following day I realised I had stupidly left my handbag on the floor next to our table. I contacted them immediately when they opened and to my relief they said it had been handed in. Today was my first time dining at this restaurant and I decided to treat my daughter to a special dessert. The menu had a great variety of options and the staff were very friendly. Our server, Isha, greeted us with a smile and our food was delivered promptly. My partner and I couldn't resist ordering a coffee, cheesecake, milkshake, crepes, and a gateau, all of which were very tasty. The restaurant appeared to be well-managed and the dining area was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely be returning.

My daughter ordered a cone icecream. We were told we would be served in 5 minutes but were served after 20 minutes. The cone wasn't the one we ordered. When we asked them to change it, the owner who was himself at the counter was reluctant to do so. On our insistence, he asked one of his people to just flip the icecream into the other cone we wanted. They should have given us new icecream scoop. Since the icecream was flipped over, it was all dripping out of the cone. I wouldn't have given them even 1 star if there was an option to do so. Stay away from this place. Looking at this poor service and miserly owner, the hygiene is also in question.

Waited 3hours,,,,, yes 3hours in the car for the staff to call me to give me a table. We went up to them so many times within the 3 hours to ask how much longer and everytime they said another 5 minutes. At the beginning we were told 30 to 40 mins. After waiting in the car for 3 hours we came home. I had a 1 and 3 year old who were getting so restless. They had no waiting area either. Rubbish customer service. I could see the guy at the door letting people he knows in before others who were waiting with me. Would never return if they even paid me. I went today on the 26th August 20 and I am writing this after waiting 3 hours. They still have'nt called me to give me a table. Only waited coz I... Speisekarte ansehen
