"My wife and I always pop in here when down the Old Town, either to get a lovely salad box or usually for the Hungarian Salami and some nice cheeses. Richard and the girls are always a pleasure to talk to and nothng is too much trouble. They now recognise us now as we are there so much : . They have much on offer and we always end up buying something extra than we went in for! Excellent service, great staff and superb food. Well recommended."

"Went here today 27th March 23 It was a treat from my daughter for me as part of my mother's day present It had been booked for 12 o'clock sitting for lunch 2 weeks ago for 3 people I was looking forward to it as I had never been here before We were sat down chose our drinks and our orders were taken The orders came about 12 30 we were then approached by the server at 12 50pm And was told they needed the table by 1pm and we could go up stairs to finish off our lunch at first we couldn't believe what she had asked even in a restaurant you get up to 2hrs at a table by 1pm the same server came back again and said they needed the table I really don't believe once you total have been sat down uou should have to move again no matter what issues arise from other bookings Surely they would have known this table was needed when they sat us down for our lunch so we should have been seated upstairs in the first instance totally unexceptable the way this was handled by a very in competent person and spoilt what should have been a lovely lunch with my family just less than an hour and getting shunted off your table total disbelief"

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The menu was good and reasonably priced. Everywhere was spotless and comfortable. The food was good and well cooked. Improvements could be made. On arrival at the table the starter and main meal were lukewarm. The corner of the room were we were sitting was cold. Wheelchair accessibility: Very good. Price per person: £30–40"
