"Ordered 3 Ragu Bolognaise and 1 pork meal and 2 portion of chips bought the pork and chips still waiting for our meal we eat the chips bought ours out 10 mins later and it was lukewarm sent all 3 meals back they just warned them up in microwave as the garlic bread was the same as I ate half then we ordered deserts again bought out the orange tort we waited for the creme brûlée 10 mins went by then the waitress said sorry you cannot have the brûlée as blow torch not working really disappointed then when I paid the managerss put at bottom of bill sorry no discount or even offered a free drink for us will not be going there again and will tell family and friends not to go as we had a bad experience"

Took some friends here for an evening meal and they haven't stop talking about it. They thoroughly enjoyed it and had a fabulous meal as did we. 2 hours absolutely flew by with good wine and good food. Would definitely recommend it. Find the place at last minute, called, booked a table for 4 withing 30 min. When got there, lovely, caring waitress took care of us, always checking if we need anything with a lovely smile on her face. Starters just flew from the kitchen, the most delicious mains were served within half ah hour from arrival. Luxurious food, sympathetic customer service, fresh food-what else would you ask for having nice dinner? Terrace Hayle-we will be back, and we will talk about you for very long time. Thank you Kid-friendliness: My little one would get her water served in fancy way in a wine glass, which was not a problem to the weitress, she kindly served and make the little wish come true.
