Food was great and staff were very pleasant I would defiantly recommend this to friends and family for a birthday celebration!

Matt P was a great server, shame there were no ribs but the rest of the food was delicious! The sesame chicken strips are so amazing as always!

I came for dinner with my kids and we had an amazing time. Tom was super and the kids got balloon swords from him. The food was great would definitely recommend

Tonight, Michael pleasantly surprised us by stepping out of his comfort zone and serving tables. He provided outstanding service, made excellent food recommendations, and truly enhanced our dining experience. We would definitely return to and recommend this restaurant.

We went for a late lunch during the middle of the week. The restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived, but it still took 1 1/2 hours for the whole dining experience. The server was a bit rude to guests who didn't speak English as their first language. One person in our group asked for a second drink, but it never came. The food was disappointing, it seemed like cheap ingredients were used, despite how it was cooked.

We celebrated our daughter's 12th birthday at this restaurant with a party of 7. Our server, Matt P, was exceptional and interacted wonderfully with our 3 kids. They had a fantastic time, especially when the staff sang happy birthday to our daughter. The only drawback was the high prices - almost £20 for a plate of sesame chicken strips seemed unreasonable, especially considering that prices have nearly doubled in the past 5 years. However, overall, the service and experience were top-notch.

We do not go out very often and it was my daughters 9th birthday and she really wanted to come to TGI Fridays as it looked like fun from looking online, with a great atmosphere and she loved the idea of being sung to, this was not the case, the atmosphere was flat and service nothing special, in a restaurant where you are creating a fun experience. I would of thought that you would have staff that would engage with the customers and make a fuss if it was a child’s birthdays as this is the expectation, We should have gone somewhere else, I feel disappointed and will definitely not be going back.
