"I have been a longtime customer of this restaurant. The burritos are delicious and satisfying. My only issue is that in the evenings, they often run out of chicken but have plenty of beef and pork. This is inconvenient for those who only eat halal or do not consume red meat or pork, especially since there is an additional cost for these options. The tacos could use some improvement to make them more authentic and less like something you could easily make at home. The staff is always friendly, though the tables could be cleaner during busy times. Despite these minor issues, I find the food to be good quality and reasonably priced. Overall, I would rate this restaurant a 7.8 out of 10."

I'm in love they can forget subway, they can definitely forget every almost food place they've ever eaten, ever. it was random that I found tortilla, but sacred burrito is amazing. if there was only one in Stratford-upon-Avon.

I am a frequent customer at Tortilla in Grand Central. The staff is always friendly and eager to give recommendations to new customers, while also managing to keep the line moving smoothly. During my last visit on December 6th, 2022, Mike and Charlotte stood out as exceptional team members, being extremely cheerful and helpful during the busy lunch rush.
