"A lovely lunch! Booked ahead via email which was easy and worth doing. Lovely venue. Seating hostess extremely pleasant and a great advert for you. Went specifically for the lobster. Two reasons for deducting a star....one was lobster price had gone up on the day due to colder weather thus price increases (bit confused as we are having September heatwave? And second was lobster had a lot of dressing that I scraped quite a bit off (it overpowered the sweetness of the lobster meat which is worth tasting and enjoying . Other than that it was lovely! As a solo diner felt very comfortable. Thankyou. Will definitely come back and recommend!"

"pizzas were really delicious and authentic. takeaway was ready in time and was nice and warm. looked on benches in the park near the restaurant in the early evening sunshine to enjoy them. the accounting process was a faff and quite frustrating. call them early the Facebook page said....rang around 9 o'clock, 11 o'clock and 11.30 o'clock to try what seems to be limited pizza options in the opposite. I had a message at 12.30 to ring to say I called. no answer. then some called back and forth when they worked through the list of calls. could end up with 3 pizzas. the restaurant would highly recommend organizing the booking system for the summer. you don't really want to spend most of tomorrow with booking!"

"a great option for something else in lyme regis with a lot of choice for vegan (and is mainly sold for vegan products) I have a teriyaki tofu bao and salat. was really delicious and all salat availa le was vegan. I just thought it would be a bit small for £8.50 but still it would go back and try another ding safe! updated by previous review on 2021-08-23"

"We feel so lucky to have found this restaurant today. We had a bad experience with a pub that was highly rated in google the night before so we were hesitant at first to try it. It was fantastic! Everything was terrific. The high quality and freshness of the ingredients used shined through. My 7 year old daughter kept saying how her tagliatelle with bolognese was the best she ever had and requested I take a picture. My husband and I had fish/seafood dishes that were very fresh and delicious. My son said his pizza was perfect. We had a wonderful ending to a very exciting day."

"After wandering around Lyme Regis we found this little gem. Probably the most underpriced restaurant I have visited. The food is incredible. The burgers are perfect and not greasy. Everything is fresh. The batter on my fish was the lightest and crispiest I have had. The fish was perfectly cooked, not in the slightest bit oily. The hospitality is excellent. Very quirky and such a pleasure to have found this restaurant. Will be going back soon, although it's a 50mile trip its worth it."
