Excellent Sunday roast. Spoilt slightly by the exorbitant cost of a pint of lime and soda which almost the same price as the pint of Tanglefoot. Service: 5 Location: 4

This is the best curry I have ever had, and the staff are amazing. The food and drinks are of excellent quality, and the beer is well-kept. The service is a 5 out of 5, and the location is also a 5 out of 5.

Unfortunately, the closed roads made it a bit difficult to get to the restaurant. However, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the shower exceeded expectations. Clean and comfortable rooms in separate building from the pub, so less possibility of noise. Fenced-in garden, which is great for my dogs and helpful and thoughtful staff. Also, very good value. I will stay here again when in the area. Food drinks: No breakfast, but several cafes in town. Evening meal was very tasty. Good pint of Badger's Tanglefoot. Rooms: 5

Enjoyed a beautiful sunday roast here, a choice of several different meats as well as vegetarian and other options. The service was perfect, quick, attentive and unobtrusive. The pub itself was spotless and tastefully decorated with a convenient car park alongside. Book ahead for a table, you wouldn't to miss out! Food drinks: See above. Faultless. Service: 5

This restaurant is located in a charming area, but the cleanliness of the hotel portion is a concern. The cushions in the room really need to be cleaned and there are multiple cobwebs at eye level in the gutters as you enter the rooms. There were also spiders in the room, with cobwebs even on the lamps. While this is not ideal, it can be easily fixed. Overall rating: 2 stars. Speisekarte ansehen
