Great food and a beautiful atmosphere. The waiter was very good and helpful.

Our server Mario was amazing and the staff made us feel like we were taken care ofWe had the polo nachos which were amazing.

It's quirky and modern. Food was excellent. I thought the starters were expensive, but not the main thing. But would definitely recommend.

We are getting married at the Croft in September next year and took me Dad for Father's day. I cannot fault the food, staff and the area. Would come here again.

Lovely rooms and staff very friendly, but unfortunately the food was really poor, we did get 50% off bill but we decided not to have breakfast, and we went somewhere else as did not want to risk another dissappointing meal

The service was incredibly slow, with our first drinks order being incorrect. The food was of a poor standard, the mash potato in particular, my 2 year old wouldn’t even eat it. Very disappointed compared to previous visits. I couldn’t recommend to anyone at the moment and I don’t think we’ll be back for a while.

Very disappointing. Ordered Steak Pie, but after a 45-minute waiting period, a chicken and bacon Pie was accidental. There was no mashed potatoes, so chips had to have. Fruit apple wine was not available, although it was one of the pump lice. Vegetables were not frozen fresh. The cake was changed later and my money was returned by the mandatory administrator, but I felt very disappointed. Not the special meal I was hoping for.

The food was not outstanding. We had cajun chicken, which came with coleslaw and chunky chips. Nothing exactly wrong with what we had, its just that it didn't qualify for anything above average. Southern Fried batter was thick, a lot of chicken. We guess many people would enjoy this. The crumble was good for dessert, though not enough custard for the serving of crumble. The white zinfandel wine was for fine too. I would recommend the restaurant for general everyday eating, but don't expect anything special.

We actually booked this hotel in the beginning of November, because it was my husband 's birthday. Fair enough, we got a complimentary up grade on the accommodation. However, I had sent the hotel a couple of emails asking about menu choices. I received an email probably just before the final menu was to be printed, because the copy that I had received was still in pdf. format but was told that besides the Valentines menu, the normal full ala carte menu would be available too. It was that menu that I was looking forward too! We checked into the hotel approximately 6pm, my husband unpacked the car then went down stairs to mention to the restaurant that there would infact just be the two of us...
