I had a delicious steak fillet accompanied by ox cheek. It was fantastic! The price per person was between £30 and £40. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service also a 5, and the atmosphere a solid 5.

I and a friend stayed for a nice place to eat and pick up on a weekday and had heard that this place had good eating. we were wrong. this place serves amazing food! the duck at the pond is a hidden gem! his country lady is professional and polite, our waitress was beautiful and the black forest sundae was to die, for I would highly recommend visiting this nice little pub. we went tonight, so it was dark, but the terrace looks perfect for a afternoon pint. many thanks to x
