"Turned up and queued at the bar to tell them we were there as couldn’t see our reserved table anywhere. Queued for 20mins finally the woman behind the bar said nothing to do with her then proceeded to serve someone else. The guy behind the bar shouted out the last table went at 6pm. Then he ran off somewhere else. I know it’s the football and it’s busy but if you don’t have tables at 6.30 just reject the booking then I could have booked something else. I also understand it’s busy and people are trying to get served but no need to be rude and ruin my night."

at the bar he was raised and quenched to tell them that we were there, as could not see our reserved table everywhere. the woman behind the bar has asked for 20 minutes and then nothing to do with her when she wanted to serve someone else. the guy behind the bar called the last table around 18 o'clock. then he ran somewhere else. I know it's the football and it's busy, but if they don't have tables at 6.30, I would have booked something else. I also understand that it is busy and people try to be served, but no need to be rude and ruin my night.
