"After three months it’s a joy to have the Green Man once more at the heart of Thriplow. Sadly, we’ve not yet been able to try the food but the range of real ales (Wherry, Doombar, London Pride) is keeping us happy as is the new wine list. Lots of hidden gems, French focused but broad. House wines come from the Ardeche. Who knew they even made wine there? A friendly welcome from Alex and Mike to both humans and their canine companions. Will post again when we can get to eat. Reports from others are universally good."

Visited this pub a few weeks ago with some friends for dinner, cant knock the food or the service you HAVE to try the arancini!!! Will definitely be back for seconds.

Lovely dinner at The Green Man. Fish and Chips cooked perfectly and a delicious apple and plum crumble for pudding. Really lovely little pub with charming traditional interior.

Absolutely fabulous environment for food and drinks. Excellent customer service and quality food. Really impressed and will definitely be visiting again. I personally recommend the Turkey dinner.

The mussels were delicious, the sauce was flavorful, and the bread was light and tasty. The honey roasted ham was sweet and paired well with the chips and eggs. The portion sizes were good and the prices were reasonable. However, there wasn't much variety in the dessert options.

We recently enjoyed a delightful lunch at this pub. They were able to accommodate a group of 8 with ease and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was delicious and served piping hot. Despite the range of dishes ordered, each one was beautifully presented. The lady who took my booking and assisted us during our visit was outstanding and truly added to the overall experience at the pub. She is a credit to your establishment.

We went to the monthly fish Friday at this restaurant and were blown away by the chef's skills. The Tuna Carpaccio was outstanding. We also enjoyed a huge fish platter that was not only delicious but also great value. It was a true delight with the freshest shellfish and the most flavorful fish dishes. The atmosphere was lovely and the service was the friendliest we've ever experienced. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning.
