Wow, wow, the experience from start to finish was Lucy Jazz and also our beautiful waiter who was like a true blessing. Thankyou for makin my sons birthday so beautiful.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and was impressed by the excellent food, service, and venue. I will definitely visit again as the prices were very reasonable.

Amazing food, out of this world service unbelievable deals. Filliet steak unreal Tasty gammon and egg Al dente veg Flavourful tbone Lip smacking ribs. A group of 9 of us came Saturday evening, was shown to our table straightaway and drinks order taken, followed by food orders. Food arrived swiftly and was beautiful. Service was really good, all staff very attentive really welcoming and would not hesitate to return, thank you for a wonderful evening

We were in Barnsley for World Kickboxing Competition. Booked a table for 18 of us and could not fault it. We were all welcomed on arrival and felt right at home. We had a mixture of starters, mains, desserts and not one complaint. The food and service was excellent. Well done to you all and thank you for looking after us so well

We had a wonderful evening at Grille. There were 29 of us celebrating my Son's 30th birthday. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, with generous portion sizes and plenty of sides. The staff were fantastic and went out of their way to accommodate us. I ordered pork steaks served with homemade chips and vegetables, which were delicious. Poor Birthday Meal ruined our special occasion. We dined on a Sunday afternoon, the place was moderately busy so we expected a wait on food which is understandable. However we waited nearly an hour for food for it to be served cold. 6 out of 8 meals were stone cold. To top this off we were sat by a small group of around 6 people who were really drunk and getting louder and louder and swearing not a great look at all. We and another table complained and the managers did nothing except shrug their shoulders. We will not return after this experience and I do not recommend to anyone either.

We travelled 27 miles on the Saturday to have a meal for my girlfriends birthday the following Tuesday. I fancied somewhere we had not been before and The Grille fitted the bill nicely. We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived and shown to our table. We ordered the chicken duck spring rolls in a plum sauce to start and these were large and delicious. We followed this with a 10oz sirloin and ribeye with fried onions and melted cheese, again these were superbly cooked. The service was first class and on leaving the owner shook my hand and thanked us for our custom hoped to see us again in the future. It was definitely a memorable meal and one I would like to do again in the future.

This restaurant in Barnsley is hands down the best! The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond. The atmosphere is lively and they always remember us, even offering a shot after our meal. The food is absolutely delicious, I have never had a bad experience here. It's a shame that the neighboring restaurant, Chilli, closed a few years ago, but Grille will still accommodate off their menu if asked. We celebrated a birthday here and they brought out a dessert with a candle and sang happy birthday. We often get takeaways from here as well and have never been disappointed.
