Always good to pop into the horse and groom, when heading down west, good beer, good food. I had the Beacon burger, gorgeous.

A real local with all that that entails. Amazing owners and staff. Very impressed. Own ale brewed just for them, too: Bitttabeer.

Had a very nice pub meal on a Sunday afternoon! Very reasonable and the food was yummy, good selections of steaks, burgers, lasagne ect. Fast service and friendly staff

This traditional pub is a great place with good food and friendly staff. I've been here for lunch a few times and will definitely come back again. They even have a funny parrot sitting on the bar! Definitely recommend making a trip out to visit.

Everything about this restaurant was perfect. The food was incredibly delicious and there was a great variety to choose from. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the meal. I highly recommend this place, it was a delightful experience. Speisekarte ansehen

This was my second visit to this restaurant. During the first visit, there were six of us and we all loved the food. On my second visit, there were four of us and we all ordered steak, which was cooked exactly as requested. The service was good and the atmosphere was enjoyable. I will definitely be returning again.

Wow!! After a day of rain This place certainly done the trick The food was absolutely delicious! Couldn 't fault it ! and the puddings were splendid!! I would definitely recommend to go here the staff were very welcoming for a local pub, we aren 't from around here and we have been to a few local pubs elsewhere and have found them very clicky, the horse groom wasn 't one bit clicky they made us feel very welcome indeed!! A lovely place to visit ,don 't drive past pop in and see for yourself !!!

Food wasn't on as they had a Christmas party booked, which was a shame as I was hungry and they'd not put anything on their media to say food was off. When I asked if Ithey had coke zero I was told yes, but he then got it from a bottle, rather than also telling me about the cheaper option of Pepsi max on tap, which I'd have preferred he'd already taken the top off the bottle and it was too late, when I them asked if they didn't have cola on tap. Poor crisp flavour choices. Steps up to the door, which isn't great for disabilities, but the hand rail definitely helped. Speisekarte ansehen
