Great customer service, easy to order and pay on the app and big portion sizes. Just ashame no 8oz steaks were available nor hash browns, cod or brown bread. Hopefully next time.

omg this the worse food I've ever had from the pub and along with long waits half the menu not avaible and a rude Male manager things need to change if they wont to keep customers going back cos I wont be

we were served by a friendly waitress. she even told us about the other meal times they had in the offer and left us for another meal before we even had the planned meal xx. very tasty eating with beautiful portions and the beer was reasonable price xx felt very relaxed welcome and christmassy xx thank you for us.

First time I've eaten here really enjoyed it, service was quick and the food was very good and reasonably priced . Our server Holly, was very friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we wanted throughout as we had 3 children she even offered to help us out of the restaurant if we couldnt manage. Will definitely be back

even though it was nice to eat. the institutions were not the biggest. toilets of men from the action. the disabled toilet was used instead, but a bit set off for the party at the table sitting right at the toilet door. there were many tables, so among the circumstances, maybe they need to put out this particular table from the action until the toilets were fixed.

Been here quite a few times since Christmas, yes it is quite often short staffed but the staff that are there work really hard especially in the restaurant. Out of about 10 meals I’ve had 1 not so great meal out (was cold) it was an extremely busy Sunday. Went back two days later and it was the best I’ve had... every establishment has a bad day! New managers are really trying to bring the place back up to scratch so give them a chance

Although they seemed a little short staffed this evening, the food was of great quality and a lovely atmosphere. New menu has some good additions. I myself had the burger combo sizzle, steak was cooked just how I liked and the burger tasted great, plentiful food and good value for money. The manager Joe and waitress Chloe checked in with us regularly to makesure everything was okay even with some difficult customers in house. Ultimately will be returning again and would recommend
