The owner is so sweet and considerate. Real angel. The food is delicious, the place is amazing. We had a very nice experience.

I've been going here for years, excellent food, the menu has changed a bit over time but just can't fault the place, keep it up!!

I wish I could rate this ‘restaurant’ a zero. Terrible waiting times, terrible food. Absolutely no structure whatsoever you get told to “wait” if you want your drink order taken. The chef was cooking the food and serving the food to tables. Restaurant was absolutely freezing inside, every table you wait at least 1hr 30mins to eat. Food was oily and overcooked. I would never ever return

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever received at a restaurant. The manager was rude to our small group because we declared two allergies . She insisted on serving us a dish that contained said allergy, we had to insist this didn’t happen. Later on in the lunch, she verbally abused a member of the group. The chef was kind enough to step in and tell the manager to calm down, but it was one of the worst managerial restaurant disasters I’ve seen. Avoid this restaurant .

Nice decor and friendly staff. The chicken wings for starters were overcooked and tough, and the accompanying sauce too sweet. The veg spring rolls were fine. The wife's main course of vegetable green curry had a lovely variety of well-cooked vegetables, but the sauce was sweet and not spicy, despite asking for it to be spicy. The chicken stir fry dish was excruciatingly sweet, but plenty of fresh chicken and fresh vegetable ingredients, all well cooked. If they could reduce the sugar content of their food, I would come back!

If you're looking for something efficient, conventional, and flawless, look elsewhere. I was introduced to the Market Thai yesterday evening by some much-loved relatives, and loved every minute of it. The food was good (the Goong Tempura and the Choo Chee were glorious), the service was not fast but very friendly and most helpful, the atmosphere was wonderful (we ended up making friends with people at some of the other tables), and above all, it felt like eating in a Thai family's house. It just seemed like the place was giving me a hug. Can't wait to go back.

not what i’d expect from a random late night sit down dinner. ordered the starter sharing plater it came with a great selection of veg, meat and dumplings. the chicken satay tasted like it was grilled over a flame which i whole heartedly appreciate : i have made the assumption that their prawn toast was made fresh by them as it wasn’t in its usual frozen triangle shape and their steamed dumpling served in a ramekin with soy sauce were amazing. for mains we had drunken noodles, chilli and basil stir fry with rice and to keep it short it was exactly what my body needed, the flavour the spice and the execution was done to perfection, you can tell the chef has a excellent understanding of the cu...

For the last fifteen years this restaurant in Notting Hill was a regular stop every time I was in London. Because of the pandemic, my last visit was three years ago and I looked forward to visiting again. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. It looks like the restaurant is under new management. First of all, the welcoming free prawn crackers were gone. You can now pay for them £3.50). Secondly, the menu had changed and a lot of my favorite dishes were removed. Especially the roasted pork I loved so well, will be missed. Thirdly, there was a mandatory 12.5% service charge on my bill.
