The Commodore - Speisekarte

Lovely lunch here looking over Oulton Broad. Shame about the weather but the food more than made up for it. Lovely friendly attentive staff. Special thanks to Andy who made my trio of puds.

I love the Commodore for its fantastic view, but I probably won't dine there again. I'm baffled as to how they thought the food was acceptable to serve. The cheesecake was still very cold, and I’m guessing it was frozen.

What a wonderful spot by the water! The restaurant features a spacious outdoor area, as well as an indoor-outdoor section in the main bar. The food is delightful, and the service is excellent. There was a slight wait for our meals, but it was definitely worth it! Speisekarte ansehen

The food was delicious, but the portion sizes did not match the prices. I ordered a pie and mash, and while the pie had more pastry than filling, the amount of mash was also quite lacking for what I paid. On a positive note, the view and overall aesthetics of the restaurant were lovely.

The staff here is warm and incredibly friendly. The food is classic pub fare, but it's of excellent quality. They are very dog-friendly too, offering a special menu for dogs and providing water and beer bowls. The restaurant is situated by the water, with outdoor seating and a lovely beer garden. I would definitely recommend it!

I went for lunch with my mom, and we both ordered the bacon and chicken sandwich. It was absolutely delicious and had generous portions. They even inquired about any allergies we might have, which was thoughtful. The scenery was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Great place with friendly service. Delicious lamb, huge portion and great desserts. I have gluten intolerance, the service advised me on the choice of dessert perfectly. A great menu is complemented by a sensational view from the window. It's one of the best birthdays I've had, although the staff was disappointed that I didn't mention it until the bill. You are great. I recommend to everyone. We will be back.

Today, five of us went for a birthday lunch and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome. We enjoyed a great view of Oulton Broad from the upstairs seating. There's plenty of outdoor seating, which will be fantastic on a sunny day! We will definitely return to enjoy the outdoor area when the weather is nice. It's great to have another lovely dining option in the area.

Not a great experience, not enough staff, obviously not bothered about service,staff dressed badly waited age's to get served a drink at outside bar. When only 1 person serving, when food eventually arrived after 30 mins it had obviously been left under a heater to keep warm, as bacon was over cooked.along with the **** chicken and under cooked chips. Won't be going back, like most people I want value for money with decent service but most certainly didn't get it at the commodore Speisekarte ansehen
