Stopped here today for a spot of lunch. Really lovely jacket potato and side salad. Really friendly staff also.

Absolutely fantastic place to eat in Dorchester, I had a large flat white and a lovely piece of Christmas cake. It was quite late in the evening and I didn't feel rushed to get out as it was near to closing, staff were very chatty and polite. Will use again

today on coffee. the staff here cannot praise high enough! They are so friendly and helpful and let us feel so welcome when we arrived. fantastic selection of delicious cakes and deliciousies. overall we really enjoyed our visit here and will be safe on our next trip to dorchester.

We stopped for coffee here en route to Devon. The staff were very pleasant and service was extremely fast. There is plenty of covered outdoor seating space. The coffee was good, though the coffee and walnut cake was a little dry. In order to visit...the toilets you need a certificate in mountaineering – there are lots of very narrow stairs. Only one toilet was in use when we visited, and it was in need of a spruce-up. But overall, four stars. Speisekarte ansehen

Just stopped by for a sandwich and a coffee. Was recommended a bacon brie and cranberry one which was out of this world. Brilliant service . The owner overheard my sister on the phone saying happy birthday and offered me some free cake to celebrate....After turning down my request to sing happy birthday to me cos hes tone deaf he sent his waitresses out who did sing to me. Really made my day . Plus all the food was excellent so would recommend to everyone .

in December 2021 I was able to taste this small café restaurant in dorchester. it was clean and tidy and well presented. I had a roasted sandwich that my son had the suppe and had my wife baked kartoffel with cheese and ham. we had a selection of hot drinks, I had a hot chocolate with milk that was delicious. we all had cake for the desert (my wife had a gluten-free cake). I was pleasantly surprised when I got the bill, leaving a healthy tip as I know that these little gems have suffered due to covid. she will definitely visit again when I am in the opposite.

We were a party of middle aged ladies just wanting a hot drink and a light snack, there were plenty of tables inside and we were happy to sit separately. We were asked abruptly to vacate the premises or take a seat outside, there...was only seating available for people on the outside. The male server was very rude and dismissed us. We informed him that we didn’t need to be seated together. He was still rude and insisted we take seats outside. We turned and left without argument. We assumed the premises didn’t want need our custom!!
