The local kitchen at Gatwick specializes in Indian cuisine. Based on the reviews, I had anticipated something more along the lines of "English pub food." It wasn't bad, but as our taxi driver mentioned, it seems the English had to colonize in order to discover good food.

Wonderful variety of food on the menu and plenty of choice for all taste buds. The food was delicious and a really convenient stopover on the way to Gatwick airport. I initially left a negative review because I received a parking fine for exceeding three hours. I want to sincerely apologize to Raj, the manager, and his team. Raj reached out to me and successfully had the fine overturned. I'm very grateful to him for that. We had an outstanding meal, and I will certainly return. Overall, I rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as 5 out of 5.

This is a slightly weird place. It 's essentially an Indian restaurant, but housed in a seen better days pub. When you walk in you 're confronted by a somewhat scruffy pub bar to your right and a big dining area to your left. It all has a rather shabby air to it. Not only is it rather strange, but it 's also very cold! The heating comes from aircon style blowers above the room, which means that the lower levels don 't get warm. My feet were cold the whole time I was there. As the theme is Indian food, I decided to try a chicken tikka dish with spinach, which was marked as a new dish on the menu. Oh dear, that was a bad choice. The chicken pieces had tikka colour, but virtually no tikka flavo... Speisekarte ansehen
