Layla was amazing, so attentive and caring to our needs. Me and my client have been here a few times and the food is always cooked well. We have felt taken care of every single time being here.

Big thank you to Nicole for her excellent service on a busy evening and Hayley who was managing this evening. Kitchen staff great as per, particularly Liam, Matt and Swalek. Will definitely be retuning.

Was so disappointed we were going to have the 2 meals for £11.99 the smothered chicken but told if we want the coleslaw and the salad it was all extras there hardly anyone in and the service was slow we go there once a week so please get your act together and get it sorted Speisekarte ansehen

I was staying at the Premier Inn for one night, so I ate dinner at the Queen Inn Cookhouse Pub, then the unlimited cooked breakfast the morning after. The food was tasty and hearty, with a good range of vegetarian options. The staff were really welcoming, and Layla was particularly helpful and friendly.

have been staying here on off for a year now due to business the best start to the day is the breakfast especially when Patrick is on as chef his warmth and focus is outstanding and his customer focus second to none only once had an issue and the manager, Kat sorted without fuss straight away. if you stay your in safe hands if these guys are on

Booked for a large party of 18 for an 80th birthday waitress (sorry forgot her name) was excellent nothing was to much trouble and went the extra mile and kept smiling when I know it can be challenging looking after a big party of guest, food was good no complaints and didn’t have to wait long so all round great experience made all the better by the staff! We found Cookhouse whist visiting the area and wanting a traditional Sunday lunch. Parking was easy, greeted on entry and shown to a table by friendly staff. Service was excellent and the food was very good. The cost was also very reasonable. We were able to relax after the meal in a lounge area which had easy to listen to music which wasn't too loud. We would definitely repeat the visit.Thanks to Nicole and Kyle our waiters.

Went here with friends for lunch and drinks on Sunday and let me tell you it was the best experience I ever had in a restaurant. Was served by the lovely Ru and she was amazing! Best service we could receive, she was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations. She was the perfect combination of friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble for her. She is a great asset to the company and will surely come back soon! Ps. The banoffee cheesecake is to die for and trio meats sunday roast was the best I had in a while!

We came here to celebrate our daughter birthday last weekend, there was over 25 of our family invited to the meal, all with different needs and preferences. we were asked to pre order our meal which was served to us fast. LajlaB the restaurant supervisor was looking after us she was so friendly and helpful. also a great laugh and even gave our daughter a gift which was vey much appreciated. the chefs Pow Mo and Aj was very accommodating to all the group needs. The positive was the cocktails, friendly staff service and the food was hot and very tasty maybe some more world food would compliment the menu. the negatives sorry but the car park is way too small and the wi-fi is weak. never the les...
