Superb food and service. Best sticky toffee pudding I've ever had

One if the best things about the place is the top rate service. Thoroughly enjoyed the food, the wine, the whole evening.

Thoroughly enjoyed lunch here a couple of days ago. The food was fantastic. Presentation and taste faultless. Definitely our favourite restaurant in Barry.

Came for Sunday lunch good service, and each course was faultless, we tried the fish and roast beef and both were amazing. duck starter was one of the best dishes I’d ever had

Well done to Jim and Rhiannon for heading up the new team @shedbarry. Delicious dinner tonight (4/3/22), relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Unpretentious and welcoming. Thoroughly recommended! We will be back!

Good food but menu is limited. If looking for a good steak to share its the place to go, but it would be nice to see more options. My husband and I have been a few times and the menu hasnt changed and with it being london prices would except some variety in there.

Fabulous place. Four of us went for dinner on Saturday and enjoyed everything. Lovely staff, amazing food, good choice for all dietary requirements, budget-friendly options on the wine list..... The sticky toffee pudding was the highlight, but everything was amazing.

Really impressed with this restaurant, fantastic food and superb wine list too. Recently attended an organised wine tasting evening there and we really really enjoyed it. I’ve visited this restaurant several times over the past year or so, but the recent changes in the team, the menu and the wine list is elevating the restaurant to new level, so good! I would recommend a visit to anyone who appreciates good food and wine.

Nice food, reasonably priced for the quality. Rather big mark up on the wine, but good selection and I guess that's inflation for you!Take extra care ordering if you're allergic to anything: massive thumbs up to the separate menu for allergy sufferers; thumbs down to the fact hazelnut ice cream crept onto the plate of a nut allergy sufferer in our party.Mistakes happen, but I give an additional thumbs down to the muted response of the manager who I don't think fully appreciated the potential severity of the situation had more of the nutty ice cream been eaten.
