atmosphere me and my wife the only people in the place at 20-30 saturday night tells a story what a let down will never go there again it is a joke.

Decided to come here for my anniversary. Big mistake. Poor food and the ambience reminded me of a school dining hall. Service was very average. Won’t be coming back.

We get takeaway here often and its always lovely, even after a 20 minute drive home. Went in for dinner one Saturday evening, it was early, so was quite but the food was very tasty and staff where friendly and helpful Speisekarte ansehen

Decided to try this place when on holiday. The food was okay but the incredibly strong smell of incense was too overpowering and took away the flavours of the meal. The decor was like a 70's cabaret club going out of business....

The atmosphere is very welcoming, I love the owners they make you feel so welcome and are very attentive to everyone's needs. The food is the best Indian cuisine in West Dorset as we have travelled the area to seek out authentic Indian cuisine. There are a huge range of starters, mains and desserts. The menu has an extensive range in flavours and spices, with meals for the less adventurous and for all ages.

Weve used this restaurant mainly for takeaway and we've not had a bad meal to be fair. So for my 40th we decided as a family to eat in the restaurant on the buffet night. We had booked and was left waiting at our table to be served a drink for over 15mins. When we were eventually told we could go up to eat the food was as good as cold. I told the waiter who didn't look like he wanted to be there and said we would have to wait till it got hot again! There was no sorry or complementary while we waited so off we went! Recently moved to Dorchester and decided to try an indian takeaway. This place had been recommended by relatives who frequently visit the restaurant. This is the worst indian takeaway I have ever eaten. The sauce for both my passanda and my partner 's masala were as thick as wallpaper paste and did not taste anything like the curries they were advertised as. We had asked for a pilau rice and what we received had zero flavour and looked more like plain boiled rice. All food was tepid at best and lacked flavour. The new owners have really outdone themselves with this great meal we had. We currently live in the Midlands and have a fantastic selection of curry houses to choose from. It's not often that I come across a menu where I want to try so many different dishes, it took us a while to decide. They offer all the classic dishes from tikka Madala to Rogan Josh, as well as some really interesting options like lobster, squid, and beef rump. The three of us shared 2 starters and 3 mains. I purchased a groupon voucher. First time I tried to use it I booked a table for two over the phone. No problem they booked me in for the specified time. But when I said I had a groupon voucher I was told I could only use it on a quiet night, not the night which I had already booked for. Ok. So I rebooked for a 'quiet night '. When we arrived it was empty. We were the only people there. We ordered drinks and food. Food was mediocre. Quality rather than quantity, not what I would expect from an Indian restaurant.
