Amazing dinner at the Thai, as always. Went with 2 friends who had never been before and they loved it. I’ve been going to this restaurant for over 15 years and it never disappoints. Nicky is an amazing cook.

What a super little family run restaurant! Went with my daughter and her husband and thoroughly enjoyed it. Price for four meals, bottle of wine and drinks came to £109, brilliant. Try the ginger rice, lovely. Speisekarte ansehen

What a disappointment after years of coming here ! They prioritise takeaway business now ! We were here 4 hours for a two course meal! The service gone downhill and the drinks bill spirals as you are sat waiting for food ! Maybe look at loyalty instead of takeaway or expand to suit !

We as usual were one of the early birds at 5pm. On arriving the restaurant looked in a bit of disorder, some tables not made up and full of glasses. The food was not up to its usual standard, and my king prawns still had the black entrails in. Very disappointed because usually very good. Standards have dropped, needs much improvement.

The food at this restaurant is truly delightful. We enjoyed the sweetcorn fritters and fishcakes, which were both wonderful. My pad Thai was delicious and the prawn curry was incredibly tasty. The service was outstanding and very friendly. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the Thai food. We absolutely love this place and highly recommend it. Speisekarte ansehen

They need to decide if they are a restaurant or a takeaway. The service is very slow, and their excuse of cooking everything fresh doesn't hold up when you see takeaway bags passing by while you are at your table. I ordered a massaman curry, and to my surprise, it didn't have any potatoes but had lots of pineapple and an excessive amount of peanuts scattered on top. This is not the traditional way I've had massaman curry before, and I've tried it all over the world. It was a strange experience, and I wouldn't go back or recommend this place.

Table booked for 4 persons at 7.30 pm on Friday night 9th June 2023. Drinks served without food menus. Eventually ordered food and they brought out rice only on mains! 15 minutes later they brought out mains for 3 people only. 4th person meal brought out when other 3 had finished! But it was the wrong meal with an egg on top! Left at 9.30 with the 4th person having no main course, so hungry! The women at front of house is co-owner with the chef. Witnessed shouting between the two and the slamming of kitchen equipment! Clearly not the place to go right now for good service or for a relaxing evening! Oh and did I mention they charged for everything! Avoid at all cost.

I would give this restaurant less than 1 star if possible. We decided to give it a second chance after being unimpressed with the Thai food when it reopened. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing once again. The spring rolls were half cooked and half frozen, the chicken satay was barely warm, and the prawn crackers were flavorless with a terrible dipping sauce. Our main dishes took 30-45 minutes to arrive and were served cold. The chicken in the yellow curry was tough, the pork red Thai curry was made with chicken instead, and the sweet and sour chicken was inedible. The Pad Thai was greasy and overly salty.
