Fantastic pub with great atmosphere. We ordered the mushroom pasta and hamburger both were delicious. Will be back again.

Delicious roast this Sunday. We had the roast pork and roast beef. Both cooked to our liking and served with very good vegetable dishes on side. We both had deserts, Black Forest cheesecake and rhubarb and custard Eton mess. Both really lovely.

The best Sunday lunch ever. Being in hospitality myself I want a top quality Sunday roast when I eat out and this pub delivers every time. Good quality meat perfectly cooked, vegetables imaginative and plentiful Service friendly and efficient. We will be back soon Speisekarte ansehen

We dine at restaurants in Pulborough frequently. The chefs are talented professionals and their presentation and attention to detail are exceptional. The service and follow up during our meal are both polite and unobtrusive. Thank you, White Hart, for a flawless dining experience.

Having been lucky enough to have visited this lovely pub before I went to day with my friend.I hadn’t booked but got a lovely welcome and had great seats by the fire.Lovely staff member. We both had the fish finger sandwich which was cooked beautifully the bread was so tasty and the Side salad that went with it was really lovely to.If you haven’t visited please do give it a try.Lovely local treasure.

We recently dined at a charming pub located by the river and had a wonderful Sunday Lunch. In my opinion, it is the best in the area. The beef was beautifully tender and the variety of vegetables were cooked to perfection. They also offered delicious pork and chicken roasts. To end our meal, we enjoyed their homemade chocolate ice cream which my wife described as tasting like the best iced chocolate truffle. Speisekarte ansehen

If you're ever passing pop in! Me and my partner went here for lunch and it was fantastic. Great atmosphere, roaring fire and a great lunch menu. We went for the fish finger sandwich and the chicken and bacon ones (we shared half each . The bread was chard a little to add flavour, and the chips seasoned to perfection. There were little twists in the sandwich (like the chicken one having a little mushroom pate smeared inside . All in all a great little place with lovely people and food!!

We’ve been here a few times over the years with mixed but this visit was excellent. Before Ohin and his team took the reins food quality was variable and service painfully slow. This time the food was delicious and service was very good and attentive. The lovely weather and the view from the riverside terrace were the icing on the cake. (No we didn’t have cake because the main was just enough) but if we had I know it would have been just as tasty. We booked on the spot to come back for what we have been told is a legendary Sunday lunch. Thanks for a lovely lunch!

Upon arriving at the restaurant and walking up the steps to order drinks, I inquired with the assumed operations director about the availability of drinks and food, as the place looked run-down and some areas were closed without signage. The gentleman confirmed that they were indeed serving food and drinks. I went to the bar and ordered drinks for myself and my family (4 drinks). Shortly after, the operations director approached me to inform me that they would need the table back in 45 minutes, as there were bookings for both inside and outside seating.
