"Excellent dinner in her walled garden in one of the pods. A warm welcome from the always charming Baz before served on local seasonal dishes with a good selection of wines through the glass and an interesting alcohol-free cocktail for the driver. We had asparagus, crabs, cod steak all perfectly cooked before we share an anniversary drink. Special mention of the always smiling Jake who looked around us. The new Chef Jon Parry is a great addition to the Oxford food scene, try his food."

We arrived in the hope of a roast, however we were told it was a BBQ and Grill event. We were not disappointed, friendly staff and the most amazing food. Full of flavour and some great creativity. A great end to a few days in the area.

I had a fantastic Sunday roast at this restaurant. The beef was cooked to perfection and there were many delicious vegetables. The service was great as well. My wife enjoyed her vegetarian roast as well. We will definitely be returning soon.

Another fabulous night at the White Hart. They had arranged another live music session and had the assado barbecue fully fired up. The music was excellent, the food lovely and the real ale delicious. The food was delicious, with a creative use of ingredients! I was impressed by the variety of vegetarian dishes on the menu, so I will definitely be back. We were told to try the fish and chips, which were good but not outstanding. I would skip it next time in favor of other menu items. Service was decent, but a bit cautious, still the food quality deserves 5 stars.

We came here as a group of three. Having originally booked the pods, given the weather we were thankful to be moved inside! Very friendly waitresses and waiters. The food was exquisite. It's excellent quality, very tasty, and makes the dining experience all the more memorable. Can highly recommend the souffle, the venison burger, the sea bass and the desserts. Nice and clean and well organised inside too.
