For my starter, I had the prawn cocktail, which was excellent. However, my main course of gammon, while acceptable, was served without any pineapple. Perhaps that was because I requested no egg, and it was assumed I didn't want pineapple either? There were plenty of fries on the plate, though. Overall, it was a nice meal."

beautiful rural pub. friendly staff. we had lunch here. I had scampi, which was very good. I had sticky toffee pudding for my sweet one that I should die for. the best of all time.

I just want to express how warm and welcoming the staff are at this restaurant. I visited for the evening menu and had the Three Kings mixed grill, which was delightful. We had an excellent meal at a beautiful pub. The staff gave us a warm welcome, and even though it was only our second visit, they made us feel like old friends. The steaks were outstanding and paired perfectly with a pint of Timothy Taylor's Renter. Unfortunately, we were too full for dessert, so next time we'll skip the starter. Looking forward to our next visit!

I visited for the first time since the restaurant changed ownership. One of us ordered the mixed grill, while two of us had the lamb shank with minted gravy. The food was of excellent quality and reasonably priced, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The staff were warm and friendly. I will definitely return at the next opportunity.
