I very rarely rate anything, and when I do it is positive. But the woman at reception was beyond rude and incompetent, prompting us to not even want to sit. Train your staff if you expect customers to stay. All customer service requires is a smile and a bit of warmth. What a shame.

An unforgettable night, my husband is vegan and I am not, that's why we always look for restaurants where we can combine, Salma recommended the restaurant where he works and we come.
