"visited the breakfast buffet this morning and was welcomed by a warm and helpful lady. but they obviously didn't take the punishment before 4 weeks about dirty schirr the punishment, as the tellers were still dirty this morning and being honest. in general looked well past their sale until date. the food is presented in big Casserole dishes and once a few spoons have gone a lot of, in which usually begins to see less appetit in the opposite to a previous review I did not find the eating swim in oil tho the hash brows were far flimsier than expected that could have been boiled in fat) and eating was still hot when I began to eat. the menu says fried eggs, but these looked more like fried eggs, so no evil hard things on the bottom. a definitive bonus. a little bigger egg would have been nice. the speck was a little too fat for my lust, but I guess that streaky bacon is from many at the breakfast. the milk boy for tea/coffee is very large and as someone with athriitis in my hands I fought to control it. another down there was no black pfeffer on the table available and when I asked for some, they had no at all. I decided to finish with a piece of toast and jam. there were 2 jam dishes, so I went for the darker colored, provided it could be heaven. I can only say it was red jam runny, texturless, tasteless, sweet and bland. they can decide for floorless tee or coffee as extra, but the only tee is pg tips. Overall, this was a fairer value, but I would rather pay another 50p and have cleaner, halfway decent jam and the possibility of a decaff tees like rooibos."

first visit and not disappointed, £5.49 as much as you want! is great value back. drinks were extra with refill options.

All the team were very good with my 3 year old and my 6 month old. The manager recognised us from previous visits. The food and atmosphere were good

I'm not coming back when I'm here this morning. all foods were covered with oil and not hot, not even warm! teller were dirty had to dig for clean teller, suspect what they get when they go for cheap and cheerful!

Called in on Friday as we were staying in Bedford that night. Staff were extremely friendly and it wasn't too busy. Our waitress appeared to be under training but they were both very friendly. The food itself was beautiful and well cooked. I've been to...a few but this was best food by far and definitely most friendly staff I have come across. Will definitely be visiting again and take the kids

All the accompany food great BUT the Beef was terrible scraggly ends un edible Here is reason now for my Poor Review …… when showing the waitress she blamed me said I should have refused the Beef from chef? I should have refused to Eat...my meal? Wow !!! everything but apologies. I spoke to waitress and manager finally achieving paying for a A vegetarian Carvery? Let’s hope I now Know from the rather abrupt un apologetic waitress how to order and receive my Food at a Toby Carvery.
