"Ho già scritto della bravura dello chef; ho già scritto che è lodevole il percorso di continuo miglioramento, ho già scritto di quanto ho apprezzato il concept delle serate 'a tema '...quindi si potrebbe pensare: non c 'è più nulla da aggiungere. Invece NO! Proporre una serata di vini della Valle Isarco, di una piccola cantina con vini molto particolari è stata sicuramente una sfida ...tutti i vini che ho degustato hanno costituito 'una prima volta ' ed i piatti abbinati una esplosione di sapori. Credo sia il ristorante che mi ha permesso di apprezzare l 'uovo, che qui servono in diversi modi, come piatto gourmet.....e ieri l 'uovo in camicia con asparagi e tartufo nero ed estrazione di Parmigiano mi ha davvero colpito: un 'esplosione di gusti che, in bocca, si è fusa in un piacevole equilibrio!! Per me, che sono 'di pianura ', e non apprezzo particolarmente le carni 'di montagna ' come capriolo, cervo etccc...., divorare lo stracotto di cervo è stata una piacevole sorpresa. La cena si è chiusa con tartatin e gelato artigianale che era superlativo..... Concludo, complimentandomi con Gabriele per il servizio attento ai due 'problematici del gruppo ' e per le 'soluzioni alternative ' offerte. Ora mi aspetto una serata solo bollicine....e tra i piatti....perché non una degustazione di ostriche?"

"Pessima esperienza....un'ora e un quarto di attesa per le nostre pizze dovuta al fatto che veniva data precedenza all'asporto....abbiamo evidenziato la cosa consigliando di fare asporto solo fino ad una certa ora....non sono in grado di gestire una sala e soprattutto non ci hanno tolto un euro dal conto.....non ci andremo più...e stiamo facendo cattiva pubblicità"

"New place, new dinner and new review. In company we tried the place for a convivial dinner. The structure is pleasantly furnished, a nice counter at the entrance and in the dining room as soon as you enter you can see a cellar corner very well stocked with wines of various types. The layout of the tables is excellent, not close together and with ample space at the table for diners. Also noteworthy is the service, fast, courteous and with the change of cutlery at each course, a touch of class. Each course was told by the owner who with passion and care described the characteristics and origins of the product As an appetizer I tried the courgette flowers stuffed with ricotta and paired with cherry tomatoes, a courgette flower had a stamen inside and in terms of personal taste I found it a little weak, nice plating and very adequate in quantity. Looking at what the other people on the table had, the meat of the veal with tuna sauce and that of the tartare seemed excellent, which I will try on another occasion. The first was the ravioli with homemade pasta stuffed with duck and mushroom seasoning, unfortunately I found the mushrooms anonymous. The dessert was really good, very tasty and with a beautiful presentation, it was a homemade ice cream with raisins and vermouth with coffee reduction and some chocolate biscuit."

"returned to the restaurant after a year... at the entrance a mess of furniture and furnishing components placed at random, it looks like a modern antiques market. I pass through the hall and in the center, like in a supermarket, there is a fridge counter with food on display... the staff with gym sportswear with writing on the back...staff. the menu is offered on a sheet brought by the waiter like in a low cost restaurant in the South. At the checkout they don't have change to give if you pay in cash. .. this would be a restaurant of a certain level.. oh god."
