"Saw this place as we were walking to Peasholm Park as it’s just opposite the Columbus Ravine entrance. As I’d been fancying a proper green salad, it seemed a good place to stop. Wow. Just wow! For under £10 we got two large salad boxes, one with meat, a quiche, and two sodas. Absolutely the best option so far in our week of seaside holidaying, so much so that we are popping by there in the morning, on our way out of town, to get another lunch parcel to take for our picnic as we make our way south. With cobs starting at under £2 and hot meals under £4, why would you have a supermarket sandwich or “salad”?"

"decent pizzas and burgers. I had once lasagne and a huh that came on the Burger menu and a blue cheese garlic bread, this was okay, but not as nice as the pizzas and burgers of my opinion after. Also, I would say they just call and try her luck, calling a pain, they can be busy for an hour, and then they just have to wait a further hour for delivery,"

"Love staff ,love food , shouldn't have got the halepinos though lol But got a £5 rice box with Chilli con carne and Wow massive and lovely Only gripe wish there was a bit more sauce with chilli con carne but a minor thing They probably had it but just never asked for it I'd give it 10* if I could , can't recommend it enough I'd walked past loads of times and decided to go in glad I did Only think they don't take cards but do bank transfer/PayPal cash. "we have booked here as I have been and enjoyed in ask italians at other places. Scarborough was just too busy, the personal looked scattered and ran around like headless chicken! I expected a formal culinary experience, but it felt more like a greasy spoon. the food was good and the pizza was delicious. if they want a fast food-style experience, they come when they expect a restaurant where they dress up, then this is not the place to go!"

"I was born and live in Scarborough-the home of Boyes store.Nowhere beats Boyes for value and choice.Decided to visit the cafe(first time in years) approx 1 30 in the afternoon.One young woman at the counter serving and taking the money.I ordered a cheese and onion toastie and pot of tea for one.thought it would be quicker as the chip tureen was empty and knew I would have to wait for fresh to be cooked,otherwise I would have had their steak pie etc(which in the Brid dept is brilliant)The toastie took absolutely ages to come and when it did I was appalled! luke warm,and underdone,no crispiness,and must have used half of a whole red onion!bit of salad on the side.Scraped most of the onion out of the sandwich,and ate nearly half--left the rest!How can anyone get a toasted sarnie wrong?Waste of money and left with revolting taste /onion breath rest of day.will never go again!Oh and the brilliant toilets were ruined by the one and only drier being out of order!(no paper towels supplied)"
