"We called in here after reading the reviews on our way back to the ferry on our return journey. The cafe is much larger than we expected and is far more popular with a terrace and lots of seating inside. The menu is very good and offers a range of dishes for every appetite. We ordered a salmon sandwich, the beef on skewers (highly recommended), a plate of seafood and a sausage dish. We had lived on fish for the last two weeks and as much as we had loved that, it was great to try some of the meat dishes here. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals which made for a substantial lunch. The chips are homemade and the best we had in Brittany. There were also lots of options from the specials of the day menu suitable for meat lovers, fish eaters and vegetarians. The desserts looked amazing although we had to skip those to get to the ferry. The place is very clean and the service is friendly and welcoming. This is certainly a place we would choose to go to again. It is also very reasonably priced compared to what we paid elsewhere in Brittany. We had paid over 50 euros more for many less enjoyable meals for ourselves and three teenagers over the course of the holiday.All in all, a place worth visiting if you're staying in the area or travelling through and journeying on."

This place remains as good as it was o my last visit. It's a cafe which is open from early till late, but if you want an early start after having just got off the ferry, or an impromptu lunch, at most times, this is...the place. It's always buzzing with activity and French clientelle, but it delivers every time.

Vous y allez pour prendre un verre et dès que vous voyez passer une assiette, vous avez envie d'y gouter. N'hésitez pas, la cuisine est ouverte non-stop. Nous avons opté pour le poisson du jour et la brochette de bœuf qui était super bien fournie, viande d'excellente qualité et cuisson impeccable. Certains restos du port pourraient en prendre des leçons.
