"My mother and I went to this restaurant for Christmas dinner and the service we received from a waiter named Luke was exceptional. My mother has a severe fruit allergy and they handled it perfectly, without any hesitation or inconvenience, and even made some dishes from scratch specifically for her. The setting was wonderful, the table was beautifully dressed, and the portions of food were huge. The price to performance ratio was excellent as well. Now, we make it a tradition to come here every Christmas without fail."

Have eaten at the Tyacks Hotel on several occasions celebrated birthdays and anniversaries, can not fault the food and service. Highly recommend, very friendly staff always happy to help.

we were at the tyacks yesterday and I must say that the room was really clean, staff very friendly and helpful. what an breakfast, it was beautiful and filled me for the day that says a lot with my appetit! I would highly recommend this hotel.

I have been visiting Tyacks Hotel for approximately 25 years now. It is a wonderful hotel where nothing is too much trouble. The staff is incredible and the rooms are top-notch. I would rate the rooms, service, and location a 5 out of 5. Overall, Tyacks Hotel offers great value for money.

During our weekend stay at Tyacks, the staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and spotless, as was the bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious dinner with friends in the restaurant, where we received excellent service from the wait staff. The breakfast the next morning was also amazing. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

We celebrated my son's first birthday at this restaurant, and both of my sons have allergies. The staff and the chef were amazing and went out of their way to accommodate us, even preparing a dish for my older son that wasn't on the children's menu. I wish more businesses were as accommodating. We will definitely be returning and have already recommended the restaurant to other families with allergies.

Really nice stay, greeted by really helpful receptionist, rooms were lovely really comfy, ate dinner there Friday night and it was superb staff very attentive, the only negative is the waitress who did breakfast Saturday morning she was really snappy whenever she was asked for anything her response was I’ll do it when I have time and then didn’t do it, wouldn’t put us off coming back but she could do with being more pleasant to guests

I don't think it's fair to give this hotel a harsh review because we only stayed for one night and booked last minute. Unfortunately, my bed was broken and we arrived at midnight after a show, so I didn't bother trying to get it fixed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was wonderful, even the filter coffee was good. In terms of rooms, I recommend choosing a lower numbered room based on my experience. The lower numbered rooms appear to be better equipped than those past room 10.
