When living in a small French city, finding bubble tea can be tough. Luckily Umiyaki exists, tucked away down a little road to fulfill your craving. I also tried their gyoza once, which was decent, but its definitely better for take-away as there isn't much space inside.

We popped in looking for a quick bite of Japanese, and this didn't disappoint. The wonderful waitress/chef was quick and professional. My ramen was excellent; not quite authentic, but delicious. The okonomiyaki was also very good. Prices excellent. Japanese beer only 3.60 for a half litre.

Do you like Takoyaki but can't find it anywhere in France? Look no further than Umiyaki which is staffed by Japanese expats and will prepare the real thing right in front of you!
