"When the O'Rabasse restaurant told us that they were fully booked and could not give us a table, we were disappointed. But then, when asked where else would they recommend we go for dinner, they suggested we try L'intemporel. It's not so often that restaurants recommend other restaurants in their area, so we were very grateful. As it turns out, they were totally right to recommend l'Intemporel, a smallish, but oh so nicely decorated restaurant in the town of Bollène. It was not a busy Friday night, so the service was warm ant attentive, but not over the top. We went for the fixed price menu du Barry at 37€, which obviously meant no surprises when paying the bill! My husband started with the local asparagus with cured ham and mozzarella, while I had the scallops on a bed of aubergine cavier. Both starters were beautifully presented on dark plates. For mains, it was fish for both of us: salmon with a spicy mayonnaise, roast potatoes spagetti-like carrots; a huge piece of marinated tuna, sauce vièrge and the same veggies... a feast for the eyes! There were two desserts on the menu, so we took one of each. A Valhrona chocolate tart on a thin, thin Tonka bean biscuit base and a lemon vanilla cream on a shortbread base, surrounded by strawberries and raspberries that are just coming to season here. Yummy! A fixed price menu with high quality, well present products and great service, what more could you ask for?"

"Nous sommes allés au Trusquin pour la soirée moules frites. Nous sommes toujours ravis d'une soirée là-bas. À notre arrivée 2 serveuses passent devant nous sans un regard, sans un bonsoir. Les moules ont été servies froides. Les frites ont été servies bien après les moules, soit à la fin du repas. La serveuse qui nous a apporté les desserts ne les connaissait pas, elle n'a pas su dire à qui ils étaient destinés, ni de quoi ils étaient composés. Pas de vin, de café ni de digestif proposé. Grande déception ce soir là."

"The meal was good but simplistic. And at disappointment.... we are charged to 4 people of the same tab 1€ extra the menu as it was announced at 18€ on the map.... I make a remark to the waitress who argues that no it was a good 19€, she took care to make the change on her panel in front of the establishment but at the rapid fear of getting caught and the sign that was put at the end of the street was well displayed at that price there!!! You may have thought of winning 4€ more tonight but you have lost 4 customers! Already that you do not have a great world, I think that at this rate you will not go far with your bad faith."

"Very well located on a charming little square. Tables on the square like other shops. On Saturday noon we tested the flat formula of the day /dessert to 18€: it was good cooked, the dessert well presented, Millefeuille revisited with scary raspberry mousse. Good value for this menu. 1/4 wine at 4.5€. Tartare , fries 20€. We arrived around 12:20. Server a little disinvolt at the beginning of service, a little better towards the end but no more where the 4 stars."
